Do you take walk-ins?
Yes, when a chair is free — but evenings book out fast. Reserve online to guarantee your time.
How long is the C.E.O. Treatment?
About 90 minutes. Arrive ten minutes early and grab a drink at the bar.
What's your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 12 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations are charged 50%.
Do you cut all hair types?
Every texture, every length. Our barbers are trained across coily, curly, wavy and straight hair.
Can I book a private event?
Grooming parties, weddings, shoots — the lounge can be booked after hours. Email events@obsidianlounge.com.
